Monday, November 11, 2024 night was blazing hot at the Cadillac Ranch Restaurant as over 500 wing enthusiasts from all over Connecticut packed the house for the Southington Chamber of Commerce‘s 18th Annual Wing Fest Competition!
The coveted Golden Chicken Trophy and title of BEST OVERALL WINGS was awarded to Ideal Tavern, 142 Center Street, Southington. The Ideal Tavern team also took home first runner-up in the Fan Favorite and Best Tasting Hot Wings category. Ideal Tavern appears on WFSB Channel 3’s Great Day Connecticut on Friday, November 15 to cook their award-winning wings.
